Overall clean and nicely presented place and the breakfast was good. Booked the hotel for its unbeatable and exceptionally nice location so close to Plaza de España, the church and Balcon de Europa where the reception was held and restaurants bars and shops. Moreover, it was relatively near Art Gallery Alkimia. The staff was hard-working from my arrival up until I left. The dining room had plenty of good meals for breakfast.

We had the most excellent few days there. The staff was excellent, the accommodation was lovely small and spotless. The hotel's location was amazing, very close to the church and Balcon de Europa, the Puerta Del Mar and all the bars and restaurants. We could drink something at Fitzgerald's Restaurant, located 1 km away. The food was fabulous, with a good choice of options.

I loved this nicely presented place, stayed there for 1 night. I got complimentary guest room with very comfortable beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. It met the needs. The location was perfect and unbeatable in a very nice area, just next door to the cathedral, and Balcon de Europa where the reception was held. Caletilla Beach district was worth exploring.
